I normally do my shopping at Shoprite and got this treatment over and over again, so today it came to a point that am enough with this bad customer service. Firstly when I get to the pay piont the cashier did'nt greet me or make an eye contact with me, while scanning my grocery shr is busy talking with her packer. She did'nt tell me the total of my guds and she does'nt ask if am paying with cash or card cause I believe as a cashier it's her duty to tell the customer how much to pay and to say thank you to the customer when she's done serving the customer. But at shoprite in Alexandra you won't get that servce. Did you take your staff for induction and train them about customer service? I doubt you do, Secondly I bought a wrong product for me to get a refund it was a mission, I had to wait for 20 minutes to be refunded. The supervisor drag her feet to go and take that book where a customer writes his/her details, it was I was forcing her to do her job or maybe they take advantage of am black and I don't have a say. Well I know muy right and I won't let those staff to voilet my rights.. Don't think I'll ever shop at Shoprite again I'd rather take my money where it's appreciated.
