4 Z10 HANDSET IN 7MONTHS

I upgraded my previous Blackberry for a Z10 end of Feb 2013 and to this date i have had 4 new handset replaced by mtn as the devices has some sort of Software problems. This is very inconveniencing as i have been paying for this phone and yet i dont get to use it. This is very frustrating as im now seating without a phone, yet i still need to pay. I have queried this complaint with mtn Centurion and guess what they dont care and they dont see the urgency of this matter at all. They always reffer me to the Head Office.

I need MTN to either supply me with a different device or cancel my contract and refund me all the monies they have debitted. Please give me urgent feedback with regards to this matter.
