Out of box failure exceded by one day

I have 3 Contracts currently.
Biginning March 2013 i upgraded one contract with a "Blackberry Z10" handset. After 3 day it stopped working. Mtn at Ilanga mall - Nelspruit replaced the handset. Two weeks later i was unfortunate to lose the handset. My insurance trough Mtn - "Pinnaccle Marketing" replaced with another handset at Mtn - Riverside mall on 20 March 2013.Yesterday phone started malfunctioning and heating up. Due to unforseen curcumstances i could could only get to an Mtn outlet today, 1 day after OBF warrenty. Delano could not exchange to out of OBF 7 days and suggested sending to Johannesburg for assesment, and could not supply me a loan phone. The mentioned phone is used for my only means of income, so i can not be without a phone at all. Now i am at the point where i am not at all happy With the "Blackberry Z10" Handset, because it now becoming the reason for my loss of income. When i claimed the previous handset from Pinnacle marketing, they offered me to choose any other Blackberry but not other Make. Why DOWNGRADE and pay subscription for higher value phone.
I Please need someone with higher authority and humanity to solve this case for me to acceptance.
