WAITING ON FEEDBACK ON MY EMAIL 15 OCT 2013

Despite receiving a prompt response to my post of 14 October I sit once again have emailed through relevant information, as per their request, to Telkom with no feedback.

I find this unacceptable and tomorrow it will be a week since their last communication.
