LYING AND FALSE ADVERSTING

I have sign up a nokia lumia 925 deal with mtn. before on the website it said that the phone was 32gb build in. so after i sign up the contract, i find that out that it was a 16gigs version. Now they have changed their website to 16gigs version on all their nokia lumia 925 packages. i have laid a complaint to their call center, the gentle inform me that i should cancel the deal, as it was false advertising. i have captured a screen shot but fail to find it. the also fail to find my call record between me and call center agent.

after dealing with Veronica Smith, since i laid the complaint, the service is just pathetic. taking days to get back to me (7days). nothing been done about the situation. not even a month into my contract and they already belying me. now she have to escaled the query to a head manager which is going to take YEARS before the issue will be resolved if EVER resolved.

please cancel my contract as i'm not happy.
