Over 2 months no phone!

I have an iPhone contract through Nashua Mobile. In August, my phone started behaving strangely with what was clearly a hardware issue so I sent it in for repairs. 3 weeks later it was returned with nothing done except a software update. Needless to say nothing was fixed so I sent it back to the repair centre. 2 weeks later they sent me a "new" phone. Unfortunately, this phone was defective from day 1. The screen would develop blue lines and eventually, about a week after I got it, the whole thing turned white and I couldn't see anything. Back to the repair centre and I was promised it would be urgently dealt with. 3 weeks after I sent it in I received a phone call asking me to reset the phone on iCloud, which I did, and was told that it had not even been sent to the repair centre yet! I am horrified! This is over 2 months (and counting) of my 24 month contract that I have been without my iphone! I would like some indication when I will receive my phone replacement and what kind of discount on my contract I can be recompensed for this appalling delay, since the majority of my monthly fee is the cost of the phone.
