I contacted your call centre this evening and ended up waiting for more than half n hour to get hold of a consultant. I eventually spoke to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. I explained my problems with the Internet and basically his advise was to reset the router - which I had done prior to calling. I explained to him that the download and upload speed was non-existent and it literally took five minutes to load the speed test on [URL Removed] when we spoke over the phone. He insisted that there wasn't any problem on his side and nothing could be done further. I also complained that we have a two meg line and we were just pulling over a meg, his explanation was that Telkom doesnt guarantee the speed but you can pull up to 2meg speed sometimes - I have never managed this ever! Eventually after the hour mark, the line cut or he must have been frustrated by the fact that i was insisting that the internet was not working and he hung up.

This is really poor... you should really have a look at employing people who are actually technically inclined and not some standard call centre agent who will tell you do something which I guess most people with basic IT knowledge would have known.
