8ta "0.0 Mbps guaranteed for up to a day"-internet

I spent 12:04-12:52 on the phone with 8ta data services to sort out my 0.02 Mbps upload speed. After asking what the minimum internet speed is what they can guarantee, and waiting 10 minutes for an answer, I was told: "We guarantee 0.0 Mbps for up to a day" (the decimal ".0" was explicitly added in the answer, not sure why). Some explanation obviously required, but what I could find out what that they guarantee that I won't have NO internet for more than a day, but that they cannot guarantee anything else (even after spending another 20 minutes trying to get a better answer).

Sounds crazy? I thought so too.

I told them that I'm going to publish this story on Hellopeter. They said I should wait 72 hours for the technicians to contact me (but I'm no longer merely looking for a solution to only my problem, rather for an answer to what they are willing to commit to concerning internet speed). I gave them until 16:00 today, but got no response.

So come on, how ridiculous can this get?!

And come-on Telkom, why am I stuck with 0.02 Mbps upload speed according to [URL Removed] (just to get back to the original complaint).
