I submitted a claim to MTN Insurance at the beginning of Oct. I filled in the form and fax it through to 0119125122. A week later, when I called the MTN Insurance call centre. The automated voice system informed that my claim was approved and I can go into the nearest service centre to get my new phone. I was there last Sunday 13 Oct, everything was good, Tebogo assisting me and he informed me that I could claim up to R5000, and anything over that I need to pay for. Unfortunately on the day, the iPad Mini I want was unavaialble. So I returned this Sunday 20 Oct. This time the service at the morningside service centre was pathetic. I waited for over an hour for someone to attend to me and when she did, she was not helpful. I explained why I'm there, it took her another 10mins to return. She then informed me NO claim was found (How can this be since I was there last week and Tebogo found it), there is nothing she can do and that call centre is not working today. Her attitude is pathetic and unacceptable. If MTN want to offer all the different services to their customer, they better ensure their service centre are equipped to do all things. The shifting of responsibility need to stop
