TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CALL CENTRE!!

I submitted my cellphone (a BlackBerry 9320 Curve) to Edgars Brooklyn Shopping Centre on 20 March 2013 on which day the system was apparently offline and as such I was not even able to get a receipt or proof that it was submitted to them. A week prior to that, I had taken the phone in to Vodacom Repairs and was informed that it was Beyond Economical Repair. Because the phone had already been evaluated, I took with me the report from Vodacom and the insurance claim form to Edgars to try an allieviate any turn around time for a claim but was told that Finrite would re-evaluate and contact me within a week to tell me if my phone was going to be replaced. Today is 8 April 2013 and even after numerous attempts to find out what is happening at Edgars (whose system is ALWAYS offline when I go to enquire) and attempts to speak to a consultant at Finrite whose call centre is equally as annoying because you have to hold for anything up to 20 minutes to get through to a consultant, I still have no responses to my claim except that now I have been told I will wait 7-8 WEEKS for ANY feedback instead of the initial 1 WEEK which is absolutely unacceptable!!! I am HIGHLY peeved.
