Good day
I sent my phone in at the branch in Lifestyle centre, Tzaneen. I sent it in on 9 Sept. on 16 Sept I received an sms saying it has been received and will be worked on.by 25 September no word yet. I went to the branch to make an enquiry and Portia assisted me. she went to the back, came back, slided my phone over the counter and said it is back. I asked her why they didn't contact me and she said they called on 19/9 and received no answer. I asked her if they couldn't just send an sms or try again, as I have been without my phone for an extra week unnecessarily. her response was no, they don't send sms's, try a second time or send e-mails to alert customers that their phones have arrived. apparently they have NO PHONES to send an sms with and she won't use her personal phone. when I asked her about sending an sms off the web using Vodacom's website that gives 20 free sms's per day for contract holders she said, no they have no such thing.
eventually I said (out of pure frustration) you don't do much effort to help a customer, to which she simply replied, no, I don't... while I was still speaking to her she turned around and walked away. I have a customer who will be my witn
