Mobile data service not working & lack of support

I applied for Afrihost's 3 7 GB Mobile Data in September. The pro rata charge for September was deducted from my credit card and the sim card was delivered. on 30 September. Repeated attempts to activate the service were unsuccessful. Despite several emails and other requests no-one from Afrihost contacted me. On 1 October Afrihost tried to charge me for another month despite the fact that no service has been connected.
This has wasted copious amounts of my time, and is a blatant contravention of the SA consumer protection act.
I am awaiting an immediate refund and confirmation that my account has been cancelled.
