I went to Telkom mobile to give back my blackberry as it was defective from day one. It is still giving me a problem ever since. I was assisted by Priscilla Baloyi, she was very rude and did not have any interest in assisting me, she told me If I do not have a purchase receipt for the phone I must go away. I do not understand why the wonderpark branch is the worst coming to customer care.
All I wanted was my phone to be sent for repairs, this woman has been so rude ever since I applied for contract through her, I regret having to deal with the wonderpark branch, they so unprofessional, even the manager there Mbulelo is never interested in assisting.
1.I want my phone to be repaired as it is not my fault it is giving me problems.
2.I want to transfer my account to another branch of 8TA as I am fed up from my verbally abused by this Priscilla Baloyi.
She tells me they do not have records of my phone being repaired as they throw away the records but I got the phone from them and already sent twice for repairs, how cone she doesn't have warranty details of my phone.
How can a big company like 8TA operate like that whereby records are just destroyed?
