To Whom it May Concern

On the 1st of October I applied to move my landline from my old address in Bo-Kaap Cape Town to my new address in Kenilworth Cape Town. After the first phone call I was assured it will happen on the 16th of October. About a week before the 16th, I got an sms confirming the move, but they got the address wrong, the sms said the new installation will happen in my old address in Bo-Kaap, which was obviously wrong. I called, waited for an hour until I got an operator, and someone changed this mistake. And then on the 15th of October, I got another sms with the same mistake, that the installation will be at my old address in Bo-Kaap. I called again to have this rectified. after waiting for about 30 minutes, the operator changed this mistake, AGAIN, and assured me that the installation will take place in the new address on the 16th. 16th came and went, NO INSTALLATION. No technician called. Nothing.

I am not sure what else am I suppose to do now. Its been 18 days without a landline, and looking at the bill it seems I will have to pay for full monthly service which I did not use.
