New Prepaid line still not actived

Hi

I requested for a new prepaid landline to be installed over 2 months ago. After paying the activation fee etc i was told a technician would be out to see us within 2 weeks. As promised within two weeks a technician got in contact and arrange to do the installation. On the day of the installation, the technician called to say there was a mixed up with our details and that of another client. I contacted Telkom to resolve this issue, and the residential address was completely incorrect with my personal and contact details associated with it. After complaining about this a 2nd technicion was scheduled to come and install the line (another 2 weeks of waiting). its now a week after the installation and my line still does not work. No dial tone, nothing!!! I Have called, smsed, and logged an online fault and have no answer! Please can someone come and fix my line!!!
