Sold a second-hand phone as a brand new phone, they said it was on sale. First sign of trouble was when we first opened it and there were no earphones. Two months down the line we took it to vodacom joburg and to our surprise we were told it had been under repairs before and a whole lot of stuff had been changed in the phone.
