So sick and tired of companies taking advantage of their customers just because they can hide behind their own inadequate systems.

I am on a "Daily Free Call " package that clearly states 80c for a sms during peak times.

So exactly why is it that a sms I sent 30/8/13 suddenly gets charged at 90c?

Why must I always query and check up on the handling of my account?

How many times has this happened in the past without me necessarily noticing because I just don't have the time to constantly monitor this unprofessional conduct?

If they 10c from each and every customer a few times a day/week they can make a real nice profit out of their illegal activities. Who knows what will next get dreamt -up
