DEBIT ORDER FOR DATA SIM CARD I DON'T HAVE

In November 2012 I took out a data contract with cell-c offered by FNB for an IPAD i bought with FNB. They delivered an incorrect sim card. On 23rd Nov 2012, I called the FNB Cellular call centre on 0861362678 and spoke to Tumi who I requested that I dont want the deal anymore because of their incompetency, it must be cancelled. She then confirmed that she will send the cancellation request and no debit orders will go through my account. on 28th Dec 2012, a debit order of R 128 went through my account, I then went to FNB Clearwater to query this, and the debit order was reversed and debit order stopped. The consultant then said she'll send a request to the cellular divison for someone to contact me, and no-one contcated me. I called FNB Cellular call centre again on 0861362678 on 08th Jan 2013 and spoke to Lindi who advised that she will excalate the query and get someone to call me within 72hrs and that never happened. A debit order of R 98.99 has now gone through my account on 26th Jan for something that I do not have. FNB must make sure all the cell-c debit orders are stopped and monies must be refunded back to me.
