In January I asked someone at the 8ta call centre to change my banking details for the debit order to go through on my cheque account and no longer on my savings as usual. That was the beginning of the month. The 25th, my debit date, came and they tried to debit my savings account, the debit rejected because there is no money in that account, so I phone them and try to get it fixed. The call centre agent said dont worry they'll deduct all the money in February. Which I was fine with. February came and once again my debit got rejected from my savings account, I called the call centre and they corrected the banking details once again. In March now, same thing and still rejected by savings. So I call them again to try and sort it out, the lady I spoke to said that collections will phone me and debit the whole amount on the 27th of March. On that day, nothing happened and I phoned them once again to sort it out, this time they told me that my contract has been cancelled and I need to make a manual payment. With that done I went to 8ta Menlyn to sort it out today. The guy there showed me on the system that I asked for the contract to be cancelled. Now they cant help me. Poor service!!!
