Refunded incorrectly

This is totally unacceptable. 8ta refunded into a previous account which I do not have access to the funds. The refund was suppose to be credited into my new account for which they confirmed they had the information. They even incorrectly debited my new account so how can they not have the correct details? And now it's my problem to go to previous bank and get funds released??? This is really shocking. DO YOU WORK FOR WHAT YOU ARE BEING PAID TO DO!!!

AND PLEASE RESPOND TO ME!!! DON'T JUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU'VE RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT AND WORKING ON IT!!! DO SOME WORK AND GET IT RESOLVED!!!
