Remark amount not refunded

I paid R300.00 for a remark of one of my modules, was advised that indeed if my script was incorrectly marked the funds would be refunded to me, nothing has been credited into my student account as yet. My mark however has been updated to what it should have been in the first place! This had taken place on 28:01:2013 already and still have not heard anything. Please help
