Horrible service and device not repaired properly

Electronics and household app.

Booked in my mobile phone. Screen cracked after it fell out of my hands. (My fault) Was told I will get my device the same day. I requested a new touch screen. two days later I still did not have my phone. The staff behind the counter was unprofessional, talked about other clients in my presence to other clients, and did not want to assist me. I had to guide them to make a call after I requested to see the manager of the business. Had a bad attitude, did not look at me when speaking to them, rolled eyes and ignored me as a client. Got my device back at the end of the third day. Upon inspection I discovered that the outside of the device was damaged, the touch screen does not fit properly on the device, the touch panel does not respond properly to commands, the bottom 3 touch buttons does not light up anymore! Reported it to the person behind the counter. He took it to the manager (whom was at the back of the store), came back and told me that the manager offers to give me a pouch valued at R280.00 for free. I told him that I do not want a pouch but wants my phone repaired properly. Horrible service, bad attitudes and half broken phone out of this experience.
