Can I please have my phone back

I booked my phone in for repairs on the 3rd Oct and I was told it was going to take two weeks for it to be fixed and I was gonna be sent a text message once it was back. I then supplied an alternative number for them to contact me on.

The text message was received and it read that all phones sent for repairs must be fetched at the clearwater branch before the 13th of October coz the shop is gonna close for renovations. Now I couldn't get to the shop before then as I don't live around the area.

Called the technical call centre & was told that the phone is at the shop, got to clearwater & was told the phone was sent back to Stoneridge or something but they couldn't track where it was... They one lady there said they have phoned and it was gonna be sent back to them n they will call me... it's 15:12 and I haven't received a call. I went there at 09:40 this morning. I have been without a phone for 2 weeks now... at the end of the month I am going to be expected to pay something that aint at my disposal. I want my phone back... or else cancel the contract... I refuse to pay for something I dont have... NO I will not
