I entered their Fourways branch on the weekend of the 14th/15th of September to ensure my call limit for international roaming was R300, i double checked i could use everything (facebook etc.) and was duely informed by the consultant that i would not get charged over R300 no matter what.

They did not apply the limit to the account and they softlocked me at an amount far lower than the final invoice, and their excuse is that their limits are not always applied.

Why the heck do you offer clients a choice to put limits on their account then? I was also given incorrect advice and misleading information from their sales consultant and now me, the loyal customer of Nashua Mobile has to pay the price?

I carried on my contract with you because you pretty much begged me to stay with your company, and now after i have renewed the contract you treat me like rubbish again?

If this is not resolved the only answer will be to not renew either my own or my girlfriends contracts through you and to also spread the word on how terrible the customer service is and advice given to customers is so incorrect.

Stop chasing money and start chasing customers.
