Utterly disgusted with the service i recieved

My phone got and i had insurance on the device and i went to the shop to get a new phone after i reported it to the cops and he told me that he dont have the device in the shop of which i kindly ask him to order it from other branches and he said he was gonna call me by monday and then he didnt and then friday the 13th i went back and he said they dont have it and then he called menlyn branch and he told me i must go there of which i did and the people at the store told me they dont know what im talking about of which i cant blame them it was his job to make sure that it get delivered to that shop as thats where i did my upgrade, till today i still dont have a phone and that is just unacceptable
