Still waiting 4 days later for password reset

Have decided to give Vodacom another chance after previous mess up with my upgrade. Tried to do this online as the deal is better only to find that my online password is not working. I called 082111 and asked them to reset this on Monday 14th October at 9am. It's now Thursday 9am and I am still waiting. I called yesterday morning and still nothing has happened. Your system/processes need to be improved. If Cell C had better coverage, I would have changed.
