THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING CELL C...!!!

Looong story short: my handset that i was given in April, has been broken since April. It has been sent away 3 TIMES NOW, each time I am left without a phone or data for 4-5 weeks. And every FRIGGIN time the technicians do a "software reload", and it NEVER FIXES THE PROBLEM!!! Cell C, if you're even reading this, THE PHONE IS *(^#$^%$^, A SOFTWARE RELOAD IS NOT GOING TO WORK!!! after my last Hello Peter complaint (read it here: https:///customer-zone/give-feedback? id=1173639), I was asked to send the phone away again and the call centre agent, Mbongeni Ntshangase, PROMISED that they will send me a new phone. After another 4 weeks I am told that I have to use the original phone and if it breaks again, only then will they give me a new phone. This will be ROUND NUMBER &%$^*$@%-ing FOUR!!! And Mbongeni Ntshangase doesn't even bother replying when I email him for an update!!! So, naturally, I HAVE NOW HAD IT, I WANT OUT!!! but I was told that cancelling my contract will cost me a penalty fee!!! WHAT THE FFFFFF, guys??? I am stumped... Unbelievable... Dear Cell C, please listen carefully, I don't love you anymore, please just let me go... YOU!!!
