My son went in to MTN Long Beach Mall branch for the third time with my original ID and all documents faxed on 3 October 2013, also an affedavit done by him at the OV SAPS with case number etc, and told this will take 7 days! ~~! How is a process that originally should have taken 72 Hrs now been extended to take almost three weeks. it seems that all I am left to do is flush this &^%* phone down the toilet because MTN has rendered it useless, 3 weeks after the Ocean View SAPS managed to recover the phone within 3 days and it is still useless. We have done all you asked over and over, numerous phone calls, 8 taxi trips what more do we need us to do to get my child to be able to use the phone MTN has waisted our hard earned money They are just the most disgusting, rude, disrespectful and incompetent with no working processes and there are no management or staff taking responsibility and I will advocate this wherever I go and to who ever I speak
