My contract is cancelled

I got my contract phone on end July 2013 I think, myfirst debit order was on the end of august.my agreement was that the phone will debit 189 end august instead it debited 418.I ddnt asked why as I thot that its fo two months.and I signed an agreement that I don't want a polici for my mobile phone. But I saw transaction failed on my bank account of 189 which was a mobile mtn sp policy. Again begining this month I withdrawn all my money frm the bank coz I thot mtn has taken that 400 last month evn for ths month too. I don't knw if that usually happen. After I didi the withdwal or my money I went to Mtn store and asked they didn't help me, I could just cry because now mtn wants 496 and I don't have that money I took this phone for 189 which I knew I can afford. Now my cell is suspended for outgoing calls I dnt knw what to do.if you people can cancel this SP and let my account back to 189 because even in this store here they told me stories to meet a manager who is nowhere to be found, n now you guys are not calling me ask why iddnt pay last month u just sending me smses threatening to take legal actions.here in Butterworth the lady ddnt help me and she does not undrstand my pain.plz help
