Debited my account on incorrect date

On the 21st August 2013 I received my new cellphone from Cell C a Blackberry 9320. Firstly I requested a white one and was told by karabo that I should check with the courier what colour it is before opening it so asking the courier he says he doesn't know and I must open it and yes it was a black one. Secondly I distinctively told Karabo that my debit should not go off my account until the 27th August 2013 as there is insufficient funds available, now Saturday Cell C did debit my account and the debit was returned I am now being charged for a return debit with standard bank to the amount of R115. I am extremely unhappy with Cell C and their service I haven't evens started using their network yet and they are already giving me hassles. I have been with Virgin Mobile for 4 years and decided to move my contract to Cell C but what a mistake. I demand that my return debit must be paid from Cell C into my account. I have contacted Karabo via email and have sent her the statements reflecting this and no response from her. This is to be sorted out immediately as this reflects a bad record for my account. I also loose out as I requested a white blackberry and received a black one...
