On 14 Jun 13, I obtained a Data Contract from Cell C with "myzone router and 2GB data for R149pm". I signed for a top up and NOT a POST PAID contract. On 15 July 13 and 16 Aug 13 an amount was deducted from my account which is incorrect as I did NOT sign for an open line. Also, on my invoice was a subscriber amount for R4, 39 and R3, 08 per day. I did not subscribe to any company (Integrat) at all!!! I also made inquiries to receive a copy of all the pages of my signed contract but I am being sent from pillar to post as it seems as if Cell C don't know where my contract documents are kept. Enquiries to Cell C Customer Service as well as Head Office has been fruitless to date, the female consultants rude to me and not helpful either. I request an urgent response to the above matter.
