Non Disclosure at sale

I was handed over to lawyers because of non payment, i signed up for a 2GB contract for R99pm for my iPad, i got the SIM and started using it when my data was up or so i thought i contacted i tried to top up the data but couldn't, i then called cell c and they advised me that i my contract has been suspended until i pay R500 that i owe, i asked them how come so much nad they said that i have an open data account which i did not sign up for??? i signed up for the R99 because it was all i could afford, then they debit me over R600 which i returned because that was not in my budget!!! Im livid, how can you sell a false contract to client i was not advised at sale point that if i go over the 2GB i get charged for it my thought was when the 2GB is up then its finished. This unethical, cell c did not cell me a 2GB R99pm contract that i was told i will get, just because they want to close a sale. I tried contacting cell c but hanged on for too long and put down, i never spoke to cell c to make an arrangement until i got called by lawyers.
