30 No Installation

On the 16 th of september 2013 i logged a order to get my ADSL line moved to new adress. Initial date for move was the 30th of september, the moved to 14th october 2013. Did not happen. When i phone they say there is no infrastructure, when there is a SHELL garage right across he road who surely has ADSL line installed. I Work from home sometimes and its crucial to my work to have connection as to be able to receive and respond to emails from work or clients. PLEASE HELP
