8ta contract still not approved in 2 months

I have been trying to get an 8ta contract for 2 months now. After 2 different applictions and many trips back to the store still nothing! Always another excuse or story as to why this time it still is not approved. Maybe I should just stick with Vodacom at least there things get done quicker...

Pathetic customer service and follow through...
