PATHETIC

Its been almost 5 moths since i applied for a contract with MTN. It has been approved and every time i go there then they have another story. They will phone me back when its sorted out but that just never happens. I have to go in every second week but they just never solve the problem. Every time there is a new problem. PATHETIC service!!! Whats the use of being approved but you dont recieve anything??
