I applied for a cellphone contract on 27/01/2014 where it was approved immediately. I was then instructed to get a cancellation quote from Vodacom for premature cancellation of my contract with them. When I got the quote and applied for cancellation with Vodacom, I phoned Cell C contracts again on Wednesday 29/01/2014 to follow-up on my Cell C application when I was told it was cancelled per my instruction - I NEVER GAVE THIS INSTRUCTION.

I was then assured that the cancellation will be reversed and the application re-approved. When I phoned Monday 03/02/2014 to follow up again I was told again that it was cancelled, and re-approved again and that my new handset and SIM will be delivered before the week is out. On Friday I phoned to follow up since I did not receive a delivery and low-and-behold, I was told it was CANCELLED AGAIN and approved AGAIN.

This is absolutely appalling pogo-stick jumping by Cell C and possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a supplier.
