I have a laptop contract with vodacom and the laptop got last year already, so I then made an arrangement to pay the laptop off without the extra data contract every month. I have been paying diligently since I made the arrangement yet I still get an SMS every month saying I haven't paid. I phone the call center to find out my remain king balance yesterday and they cannot find my account number, then they tell me my account is ridiculously high so I requested a full statement to verify that what I owe is correct. They at first told me to call a different department, I did, I was told to phone the call center. They emailed me today my statement, well not mine send as the account holders details are not mine plus it was not a full statement. I want to know where my money has been going every month!!! Horrible service from vodacom, has made me decide to move all my future contracts to a different service provider!
