Lack of validation of!

Someone has opened and account on my name and TELKOM did not validate the documents that was send by the. TELKOM has give my details to 3 different attorneys and still havent removed me from the system after i have spoke to Telkom department etc.
this is unacceptable that no one at Telkom has sorted this out after all the attorneys have noted it as!!
this will become an legal issue if this is not solved!!
