I'm still waiting for someone to contact me from the technical repairs team, and what exactly are you going to be investigating because my phone is with me as we speak?
Whatever you people will be investigating I just need a full report on how the dent got inside, how possible is that a phone can be normal from the outside without a scratch and dented inside? You dented my phone and you just want me to sit and accept that. Fix my phone!!
I need the phone to be fixed urgently because I need my phone... and please the dent must go away!!
