Passing the buck

The report said "Cans dented on main board... B.E.R" they even have a picture of the dent not liquid damage, MTN did not highlight a water dame to me, firstly I have never put my phone in water, hence I was saying I had this problem before my phone was fixed, and it was still on contract now that I have upgraded to another phone, suddenly it has a dent or liquid damage as they say... I hear you talking stories now im not hearing something explaining how the dent that made mtn not fix my phone got inside, without showing on the outside
I just want my phone fixed permanently because it is still under warranty, no changing stories from MTN and pushing the blame to me.
MTN ake ibe responsible and have someone call you or give me the right person to talk to coz im tired of writing here.
