Bad Service

I bought a brand new pc from Matrix. Took it come it had a dent in the top and was making a extreme noise. My gf then took it back the gentlemen then was not very helpful said he cant replace it and tried to push the dent out which he didn't do properly then said it never made a noise by him. I then got it back and still dented and still making a noise. but it is wasting my time and petrol to keep taking it back to them when they are not helpful at all. so I sit with a dented PC and a noisy PC. but I needed it urgently.
