Help needed re tel 10210

Hi, I've been trying to assist my parents for two weeks non stop to cancel their pre-paid telephone line - dialling 10210, option 4. I've held on for more than an hour at a time - till the call is eventually disconnected. I've tried first thing in the morning, late in the afternoon - NO response. My parents have moved and their line needs to be cancelled as a matter of urgency - they are no longer at their old residence. Can someone please contact me as I handle their affairs? Marita Olivie
