More than 10 calls but stil no assistance

I had a problem with my iPhone, of which I'm still having now, i couldnt connect on to the interneteven though i had data bundles. I called a chain of numbers as instructed, but all were passing the buck.
Called 173, they told me to call 808
Called 808 they told me to call 1555
Called 1555 they told me to call iStore 0100031024
Called iStore they told if i bought my phone at MTN i must call 173
Now i tend to get suprised because all these people are telling me different stories, others saying they had a technical problem, others saying there is a problem with my phone.

May you please action this, so I can get back to business with my phone.
