Good day Veronica

since the 1st of this month you have advised that investigation is being done, yet till today i have still not received feedback i would kindly like this matter resolved by the end of this week as it is exactly 1month and 2 days since i called in to MTN to query this.

i do require feedback i am really not sure if this the manner in which MTN services their clients but in my own experience i am disgusted but the manner in which you have treated me.
