MTN software upgrade with Samsung Galaxy s2

I've got the Samsung galaxy s2 and received a link from MTN to download new software on my phone, I did that 3 weeks ago and since then was unable to connect to the internet. I phoned 1555 and they asked me to be patient there is a problem with the Samsung Galaxy s2 and the new software. This is now the 3rd week and I was advised by 1555 to download Samsung kies on my PC and then connect my phone with a usb cable and download the software again. When I called 1555 again for assistance Sandile did not know what I was talking about, I asked to be transferred to someone who knows what they doing and he said he knows what he is doing... He asked be to hold and I did for 12min and then finally someone said hello hello. So I asked where am I now and she sain at 1555. Finally I got hold of Christine (Manager) and she said some 1555 agents do know how to assist me with the Samsung issue and some don't... What the dos that meen??? Anyway I phoned the next day and was advised to take the phone to a mtn branch because they don't do upgrades at 1555. I took a deep breath and went to the branch... Surprise!!! They can't help me in Key West
