My nightmare started once i upgraded my contract.the phone that i have has been in for repairs/software twice, then was swopped for a refurbished and went in twice again.i mailed mtnsp about five times and told them that i was not going to collect the phone but they advised i need to collect it and send it in again if it needs repairs.afte the phone was repaired in october 2012 i only collected the phone on 17 march 2013, and today 20 march 2013 it does not function.

this is what mtnsp last message is "Good day, Thank you for your posting. The previous complaints has been responded to and email send to you so I do not know what exactly we need to provide to you?

i requested numerous occassions that the handset be replaced but no response, this could be a breach of contract somehow and needs to be reported to the consumer council for inefficient service! mtn service is the worst ever and will never use mtnsp again. mtnsp can have their phone back since its a waste of time being in my possession
