I am paying my dad's Russeld account. There are 2 debit orders going off my account every month. I changed my banking details advised a call centre agent over the phone and also went into the store to change it. 2 months later i recieved a call from a call centre agent saying that 1 account is in arrears because the debit order was not going off. I advised him that it is impossible that i only chnaged 1 debit order and not the other. I Called the manager who was not helpfull saying we only changed 1 account which does not make sense, i mean both debit orders go off on one account. Now My old bank is billing me 4 debit order return fees, which rusells is responsibile. Now what makes it worse they took double the installment off my account without my permission. I tried calling the call centre 0860110807 // 01021111227 and keep being cut off or transferred to numerous different people. Now i want to know who the gave them permission to take double the installment. i mean we pay every month yet we also get harassed by call centre agents regarding payments. The service is very very poor this is the last tym we ever buy something there.
