Bad service, no stock, excuses, delayed upgrade

I'm due for an upgrade since April 2013. I wrote to hellopeter & got a response from MTN but not helpful. MTN is still giving me the run around, giving bad service/attitude. All they do is collect what is due at the end of every month, then give one lame excuse after another about why they don't have stock of my overdue upgrade of an S4 white. They enjoy stressing clients out & making them wait for unnecessary periods of time for services we pay for. I paid my account & they still suspended my services, now they send a message saying they going to suspend my service in 4days time because the account not paid. The account is paid & here once again MTN wants more money. I'm going to the news with this outrageous treatment. Seven months of horrible service & complaints yet here I still am an unsatisfied customer that MTN goes out of their way to off further every chance they get. MTN really takes incompotency of meeting & exceeding customers expectations to a whole new level. They should redo their ads and say once we have your money we don't care if our clients are happy & we have no intentions of helping/solving any of our clients problems because we just don't care!!
