I called to change my dt order details in April... end of April a dt order was send to the old bank account.
I called again in May to CANCEL the dt order in total... end of May a dt order was send to my bank account.
I called again and this time I was told that any change in banking details takes 21 days. I was not informed of this in the first 2 calls.

Now I must pay, aside from the costs at my bank for the unpaid dt orders, an additional R160 to Telkom for the unpaid dt orders.

When I complained about this, I was told that everyone in Telkom complains about the call centre agents that neglect to inform the customers about this 21 day rule on every forum possible within the company but there is nothing done about it.

NICE - you don't inform me about this and I have to pay for it. And if I don't, it's my credit record that suffers.
