Incorrect billing and hidden clauses

I am not happy at all as I haven't received any call as to my contracts being rectified.
This is not what I signed for how can you charge people for something they don't use?
First you put me on the wrong contract bill me every month for services not used then you put me on the right contract and bill me double for device activations.
Not even the branch manager can answer me on the charges as she don't know what's going on.
I want these contracts cancelled take your devices back as how can I pay for all your hidden costs every month and now you threaten me after destroying my reputation at the bank and not refunding me the bank charges and updating my bank as to your mistakes I'm to suffer. You have forced me to act inappropriately on my standard bank account.
I am believe me I have a black book of all the tricks 'Telkom plays on the clients and I'm taking this to all social networks and media outlets.
It's no wonder that clients come to 'Telkom stores and want to kill your consultants.
Please note all I ask is these contracts be cancelled as I wont play cat and mouse with your incorrect billings every month.
I want my numbers back on prepaid.
